Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Property Accountant to support
its East Coast Client Accounting remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Complete monthly reporting and assist in audit processes
Coordinate the integration of new properties into the accounting
workflow
Oversee the accuracy and productivity of property management
accounting and financial activities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA designation
is an asset
Minimum of 4 years of progressive property accounting experience in
commercial real estate
Experience with computer applications, including Excel, Word &
MRI
Third Party Management Experience
