The Director fosters the integration of the organization's vision and values, and accomplishes the mission and strategic plan through an accountable work team. As a member of the multidisciplinary team, the Director collaborates with patients/customers, families, physicians, administration and associates to meet customer needs and expectations in a patient focused and healing environment.The value you'll bring to the team:
  • Develop departmental goals and measures to support the medical center's strategic plan.
  • Ensures support of the hospital strategy and department goals to associates, ensuring support of the plan.
  • Identifies and implements effective and innovative solutions to departmental problems.
  • Ensures department/unit processes adhere to JCAHO, licensing agencies, and other regulatory standards.
  • Maintains current knowledge of Managed Care Plans/reimbursement protocols.Qualifications:The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed:
