Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and make outbound follow-up calls regarding
mortgage loans
Complete allocation changes, non-financial requests, and document
call details accurately
Resolve customer service-related issues and build/maintain
effective relationships with customers
Required Qualifications
Experience in Mortgage Industry Customer Support and Contact
Center
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic understanding of the mortgage industry preferred
Customer service aptitude and orientation
Ability to navigate multiple information screens
