*Physician Clinic Medical Director*

*Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm*

As a *Physician Clinic Medical Director*, you'll lead a dedicated team of clinicians, ensuring efficient center operations and exceptional patient care. At Concentra, our Medical Directors excel in patient care while managing recruitment, business metrics, and center operations.

*Responsibilities*
* Provides direct patient care, ensures exceptional experience, and exceeds at healthcare management.
* Monitors key clinical metrics for quality outcomes, manages clinicians and support staff for compliance, and implements changes for continuous improvement.
* Masters clinical systems for efficiency and compliance, drives patient and client experience metrics, and communicates with employers on new injuries and changes.
* Participates in meetings to improve quality and safety, maintains relationships with clients and payers, and manages staffing levels for optimal workflows.
* Leads collaboration within CLT for business outcomes, understands and contributes to financial drivers, and aligns center initiatives with organizational standards.

*Qualifications*
* Graduate of accredited MD or DO program
* Medical Director experience
* Board certification / eligibility
* Occupational Medicine experience preferred; training available
* State licensure requirements; unrestricted DEA license required
* Eligibility for Medicare participation
