Job Description:
Trusted is seeking an experienced nurse for this exciting travel

work. Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM Experience: --- 24 months of role
experience is required from any number of months. --- 12 months of
Telemetry Unit experience is required from last 12 months. --- 3
months of experience with Meditech is preferred from any number of
months. Requirements: --- Candidates must have a Missouri license
or compact license (required after submission). --- This role may
require floating to additional units and locations --- Travel only,
local not allowed. Candidates must live > 50 miles from facility
to be submitted.Pre-employment modules may be required for this

Details: Scheduling requirements: Must work full time hours
including 3 weekend shifts per scheduling period. Floating policy:
Contract Nurses will be floated to any area where they have
demonstrated competency. Patient Experience requirements: Must
align with our patient experience goals by treating every patient
with courtesy and respect and to be responsive to the call light
(using patients preferred name, making personal connections,
involving the patient in bedside shift report, teaching the patient
how to use the phone to call nurse directly, and to always ask if
there is anything else you can do before leaving the room). Must
have: Cardiac Telemetry or PCU/ICU experience. Read and interpret
EKGs and telemetry strips. Advanced skills needed: Must have
experience with post cardiac procedural care (Ablations, cardiac
catheterizations, Post Op Day 1 Open Heart, permanent Pacemaker
placements). Must be able to administer and titrate IV medications
such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone. Navy Blue
scrubs. May wear black scrub pants with Navy Blue top. Cannot have
an employment gap of more than 90 days (regardless of reason) in
the past 12 months. Maximum days off: 10 days 2 references from
last 12 months (Any reference type) - required for submission
Driver's license required Certifications: --- IV Therapy
Certification (Intravenous Therapy Certification) --- NIHSS (NIH
Stroke Scale) --- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) ---
PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support) --- BLS (Basic Life
Support)
