We are looking for an accomplished Customer Service Supervisor who
has previous experience in Flood and is committed to delivering
best-in-class service. Bull Speed Ahead!
This is a full-time, on-site position that supports our NFIP Direct
contract. Starting wage: $46,488-$58,094. We offer a generous
benefits package that includes medical and dental insurance, HSA,
FSA, vacation, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and a 401(k)

How will you contribute? You will be our play a pivotal role vital
point of contact for individuals facing a potentially devastating
flood, providing critical information about their flood insurance
policy, guiding them through the claims process, and offering
support during a stressful time, ultimately helping them navigate
the financial recovery after a flood event.
Skills & Experience to Be Successful:As a Customer Service
Supervisor, you'll lead by example, guiding your team to provide
exceptional service. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and
communication skills are essential. You should be a people-focused
professional with outstanding telephone etiquette, computer
proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a positive attitude. Empathy
and the ability to quickly assess and resolve customer concerns are
key to ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Preferred Skills to Stand Out: - Bachelor's degree. - Previous
experience in the insurance industry, particularly flood insurance
experience. - Knowledge and Training specific to underwriting
processes including policy cancellations, endorsements, and
renewals. - Experience training and mentoring customer service
representatives. - Ability to handle escalated customer issues and
implement process improvements.
