Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software development, focusing on backend

2+ years in a leadership role with experience in mentoring and

Strong experience in software architecture and designing scalable
systems
Hands-on experience in backend development, particularly with APIs
and microservices
A passion for technology and innovation, with a drive to solve
complex challenges
