    • Must have Cardiac Telemetry or PCU/ICU experience.
    • Read and interpret EKGs and telemetry strips.
    • Must have experience with post cardiac procedural care (Ablations, cardiac catheterizations, Post Op Day 1 Open Heart, permanent Pacemaker placements).
    • Must be able to administer and titrate IV medications such as insulin, Cardizem, Cardene, and Amiodarone.

        • Type of equipment: Alaris IV Pumps, SCD machines, Hill Rom beds, dinamap in each room, 3 Welch Allen Vital Machines, Wound Vacs, Temporary Pacemakers, Telemetry monitor, EKG Machine, Bladder Scanner, Doppler, Imobile for communication between team members
        • Documentation system: Meditech
        • Floating policy: Contract Nurses will be floated to any area where they have demonstrated competency.
