Job Description:
A company is looking for a Loss Mitigation Liaison I to manage
the loss mitigation process for mortgage loan borrowers.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the Single Point of Contact for delinquent mortgage loan
borrowers throughout the loss mitigation process
Collect consumer financial information and assist borrowers in
reviewing loss mitigation documents
Communicate terms of loss mitigation decisions and explain the
foreclosure process as needed
Required Qualifications
A combined 4 years of higher education and/or work experience,
including at least 1 year in collections or customer service
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally over the
phone
Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software
Excellent customer service skills
Bachelor's degree preferred
