Job Description:
A company is looking for a Record Operations Specialist,
Contract.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and submit accurate patient record requests to healthcare
providers
Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure efficient retrieval of medical
records
Upload and organize received medical records in Salesforce and
maintain detailed documentation
Required Qualifications
18+ years of age
Experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or
customer service in a healthcare setting is a plus
Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM systems; experience with
electronic medical record systems is highly valued
Self-motivated with proven ability to work independently while
meeting performance metrics
Personal computer/laptop with current operating system and reliable
high-speed internet connection
