Job Description:

The primary responsibility of the Home Loan Closer / Funder is to ensure Home Loans close in accordance with underwriting approval, credit union policies, and state and federal compliance rules and regulations

*Responsibilities: *
* Ensure all loan documents are complete, accurate and compliant
* Confirm loan terms, conditions, and borrower information before disbursement; pre-balance for funding, and issue revised Closing Disclosure
* Schedule and facilitate the closing process, including coordinating with title companies, Home Loan Consultants, and borrowers
* Manage the release of funds to the appropriate parties, including seller and service providers
* Liaising between borrowers, real estate agents, and lenders to ensure a smooth closing process
* Ensuring all aspects of the closing process adhere to federal and state regulations

*Qualifications:*
* Three to five years of similar or related experience
* Two-year college degree or equivalent knowledge attained through on the job experience
* Strong communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and highly organized
* Self-Motivated with good follow through ability

Pay: From $25.29 per hour
