A company is looking for a Compliance Manager, Regulatory Change
Management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end Regulatory Change Management process,
including impact assessment and implementation
Monitor and analyze regulatory developments from various
sources
Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to assess business
impact and ensure compliance implementation
Required Qualifications
Experience in regulatory change management at a financial
institution
Strong understanding of federal and state regulations
Ability to translate complex regulations into actionable business
guidance
Experience in developing dashboards and reports for leadership
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and working
groups
