Join our team at Burrell Behavioral Health as a Team Leader in the ACT TAY Department in the Kansas City, Missouri area!The ACT TAY Team Leader will lead a multidisciplinary team delivering community-based mental health services to young adults transitioning from adolescence to adulthood who have serious mental illness. Your role entails ensuring high-quality, evidence-based interventions; supervising and evaluating staff performance; developing program policies, procedures, and practices; building relationships with external partners; continuously improving client outcomes and program efficiency; prudently utilizing financial resources; promoting awareness, understanding, and support for ACT TAY; and handling crisis situations appropriately.
